Doctor Theodore Tomlinson has a dream. No, an obsession. A project he has worked on for more than 40 years. And after all this time… all of the failed experiments, the mind-boggling problems, the desperate pleading for funding, the endless research and the brutal determination have paid off: The Ax-Cell-Erator is a reality.

The Ax-Cell-Erator is a breakthrough machine that irradiates cells with new, more intelligent operating instructions: Cure whatever ills them. When the Ax-Cell-Erator, still in Alpha version, exploded in the Boughl Science Building, it infused the Freshmen with superpowers based on whatever they perceived to be their biggest problem at that moment.

The Ax-Cell-Erator was destroyed in the explosion, however, and Dr. Tomlinson’s funding has run out. He’s determined—at any cost—to prove to the world the value of his life’s work. Even if the Freshmen won’t help, Dr. Tomlinson cannot allow the Ax-Cell-Erator project to die without being seen.

Meanwhile, Rob, the leader of the Alpha Chi Rho fraternity, and his fellow frat brothers, who terrorized the freshmen when they got to college and sent them into an emotional spiral the evening of the Ax-Cell-Erator’s explosion, have mysterious powers as well: Jacked-up strength that seems to have no limits. And Doctor Tomlinson may have a connection with them. Time will tell…
